Echo Of Soul - Alchemy

The alchemist is one of the professions offered to you in EOS.

The basic setup of the profession system is built to encourage player to player trade. With that said if you prefer solo game play for resources, there are resources available at the merchants and the profession tutors themselves.

As to how the alchemy system itself works the tabs are subdivided in a sort of ingredient and potion separation style. To clarify your potions or elixirs are in a different category than the ingredients used to make the potions. Make careful consideration to pay attention to the need for the glass vials in both the ingredient mix and the potion/elixir mixes. A good example is that in order to make the bottled macerated bear leeks you need to have one flask and one wilted bear leek. Both of the ingredients can either be traded from player to player or bought from merchants. You then have to craft the required amount of ingredients to be able to craft the bigger potion/elixir. For example the first potion is a stronger version of the basic healing potion which takes 1 flask, 1 of the bottled macerated bear leeks, and one of the simple soul of pride which can be traded or gotten through the soul experts, and last but not least the 20 basic hp potions to add in to make the improved potion.

So to recap you get the ingredients from players or merchants. Then use those ingredients to make the ingredients that are used in the main potions.
